Indian Model New Face of Abercrombie & Fitch

Model, Neelam Gill made waves in the fashion community as the first model of Indian descent to be featured in a campaign for British luxury brand, Burberry. She has since, walked in numerous runway shows, including Kanye West x Adidas, and appeared in campaigns for TopShop and magazines including British Vogue, Glamour, Lucky, Elle and more. Our favorite bad "gal" is at it again and this time she is taking over the sportswear world as Creative Director of Puma. Although she is not the first celebrity to provide creative direction for an apparel line, she is the only one considered a fashion icon by the CFDA. Her fashion influence is immeasurable. Rita Ora Signs Design Collaboration with Adidas Originals

There are three release dates with each line having it's own theme. The first release will be the Black Line, which is based on Rita's "London Look." Others to follow include the Pastel Line, Colourblock Packs, Spray, and Roses. Bethann Hardison has been making fashion headlines since at least 1973, the year she walked in Le Grand Divertissement à Versailles, a runway show that pitted American fashion designers against French ones. (The Americans won, thanks in large part to the prowess of Hardison and her fellow catwalkers Pat Cleveland and Alva Chinn.) Naomi Campbell and Diversity Coalition Fight Against Racism in Fashion Industry

Naomi Campbell says her campaign to counter racism in fashion was inspired by Nelson Mandela,  who once dubbed her his “honorary granddaughter. “I’ve seen a huge change this season already,” Campbell said. “Giorgio Armani used four models of color in his show, and a model of color opened his show, which is something that I haven’t seen in a very long time.
