Chanel truly set the bar of what it takes to bring creativity to the runway.  This year Karl Lagerfeld elevated the aesthetics of runway and style by creating Chanel Airlines. The airport terminal themed show gave us a taste of what it takes to fly first class in style!

Models walked down the terminal aisle carrying Chanel Luggage, Bags and accessories from the current collection. The collection featured 80’s leisure jackets, tri-color cashmere sweaters, and tracksuits through the eyes of what Lagerfeld says “the idea of how it should look”. The atmosphere of the show truly made you believe as if you were in an airport terminal as stewardess’ and mock concierge reps sat behind Chanel branded check-in desks…and let’s not forget the terminal names such as Number 5, which is one of the brand’s most famous fragrances.
