Chanel Iman for Harper’s Bazaar Kazakhstan

Our fav supermodel, Chanel Iman slays the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar Kazakhstan in everything from Miu Miu, Prada, Versace, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Celine, Chanel, and Alexander McQueen. This Korean/Black beauty was born in Atlanta and started modeling at the age of 12. She has since taken the industry by storm with credits that span from Vogue Magazine and Victoria Secret to Alexander McQueen, Valentino and many more. Most notably, (in Spring of 2009), Chanel was the first Black model in 8 years to walk for Gucci. WOW! Known for being an advocate for diversity on the runways, Chanel’s dream is for advertisers to see the value in booking models of color. This is our dream as well!

She has also been involved in charity initiatives from mentoring teen girls to fighting war and famine in East Africa. Outside of modeling, Chanel owns a The Red Tag Boutique in Los Angeles with her mother. Love it!
